George Hill became the first IUPUI Jaguars basketball player ever drafted by the NBA Thursday when he was picked in the first round by the San Antonio Spurs.
Hill, the 2008 Summit League Player of the Year, made his mark during Jaguar career, leading IUPUI to a school-record 26 wins in his final season, an overall 63-33 record in his 96 career games and a 37-14 in league contests in which he played.
